The share
A flat share of what we collect on every subscription you bring, paid quarterly for a fixed term.
What we collect is what Zaltric actually banks on those subscriptions, after tax, payment fees, refunds and chargebacks. It is never a share of what a shop itself sells, and it is never a forecast.
The rate is flat. There is no ladder to climb and no volume to reach.
The term runs from the first payment of each subscription you bring. The share is paid only on what that subscription pays within the term, so it ends early if the shop stops paying.

We will show you both, and work the arithmetic through on the shops you actually look after, before you commit to anything.
What counts as a referral
A referral is a shop you bring to Zaltric: tell us which shop before it subscribes, and we match it to you when it does.
The merchant subscribes in their own name and is billed by Zaltric directly. You are not reselling, and you never hold their card.
