Zaltric could not read what your Odoo sent.

The message on your screen: “Malformed request” (HTTP 400)

You saw this under the status on the Overview of the AI Shopping Assistants app. If you write to us, quote this page's address: https://zaltric.com/problems/malformed.

What it means

Zaltric could not read what your Odoo sent, so nothing was changed. If this happened while connecting, your pairing code has not been used.

What to do next

  1. Open the app's Overview again, then try once more: press Connect again, or Send an update now on its Settings screen.
  2. If it happens again, your copy of the module is probably older than the service expects. Install the current version from the help page and try again.
  3. Still refused? Send the whole message from the Overview and your connection reference through the contact form (zaltric.com/contact).
