The message on your screen: “Pairing code has expired” (HTTP 409)

You saw this under the status on the Overview of the AI Shopping Assistants app. If you write to us, quote this page's address: https://zaltric.com/problems/pairing_code_expired.

What it means

That pairing code has expired. Codes are short-lived on purpose, so that one left lying around cannot be used later.

What to do next

  1. Open the connect page in your Zaltric account, get a new code, and paste it straight away. A code is good for fifteen minutes.
