Problem
The update was built from an older copy of your catalogue.
The message on your screen: “Stale snapshot” (HTTP 409)
You saw this under the status on the Overview of the AI Shopping Assistants app. If you write to us, quote this page's address: https://zaltric.com/problems/stale_snapshot.
What it means
The update was built from an older version of your catalogue than the one Zaltric already holds, so applying it would have undone a newer change. It was refused to keep your catalogue correct.
What to do next
- Nothing to do in the ordinary case: the module resynchronises and sends a fresh update by itself.
- If it keeps happening, two Odoo databases may be sending for the same shop. In the copied database (the staging site or the restore), uninstall the AI Shopping Assistants module: uninstalling removes its key and its settings from that database, so it stops sending. Leave the live one as it is.
The module clears this by itself. The one case where you have to act is the one above: two Odoo databases sending for the same shop.
Still stuck?
