Problem

That shop cannot be added, or it is bigger than your plan covers.

The message on your screen: “Store refused for this connection” (HTTP 422)

You saw this under the status on the Overview of the AI Shopping Assistants app. If you write to us, quote this page's address: https://zaltric.com/problems/store_rejected.

What it means

This one has two meanings, and the detail under the status line says which. Either the connection already holds every shop your plan allows, so the new shop was not added, or an update was bigger than the catalogue your plan covers, so none of it was applied. From module 6.25.0 your Odoo then sends a fresh one, cut to your plan, by itself; an older module sends nothing for that shop until it fits. Either way your shop window goes on serving the update it already has.

What to do next

  1. Read the detail under the status line. It names the shop and gives the numbers behind the refusal: for a catalogue too big, your two and the two your plan covers; for a shop too many, the shops your Odoo already sends and the number your plan allows.
  2. Over the catalogue cap: nothing is needed for the part your plan carries, because the module sends it by itself, first in the order your shop lists its products. To have more of the shop sent, move up a plan from your account, or unpublish what you no longer sell. On a module older than 6.25.0 nothing is sent until the shop fits: update the module, move up a plan, or unpublish.
  3. Out of shops: retire one you no longer need AI assistants to see, or move up a plan. If you move DOWN a plan, the shops over the new number stop being served and are listed on your dashboard under Shops your plan does not cover, where you choose which stay live. Nothing is deleted.
  4. During the free trial your catalogue is judged at the caps of the plan you are trying, not at a smaller trial size. What the trial narrows is shops: it covers one shop, so moving up a plan adds no second shop until the trial ends. Cancel from your account before the first charge, or let the plan begin on day 15.
  5. If neither fits what you are seeing, send your connection reference and the name of the website in Odoo through the contact form (zaltric.com/contact).

Still stuck?

The section “When something goes wrong” on the help page explains every message this screen can show. If that does not solve it, send us the whole message and your connection reference (shown on the app's Settings screen) through the contact form.
